DN2820FYKH Won't detect 2.5 inch drive or SSD

Hi,

I'm having an issue with a DN2820FYKH, it won't detect 2.5 inch drives. I've tried two different 120GB HDDs a 500GB and an SSD. I was able to get the the NUC to detect one of the drives using a different SATA cable and power supply, but the internal bit doesn't seem to respond to any drives, the HDD light blinks constantly. Is there a limitation on which drives can be used with the NUC or does it need to be replaced?
