The file you reference has the PCB design. But, as far as I can see, it has no circuit schematics. Useful, but nothing like as useful as a PCB design with schematics.
The only schematics I find are at Intel® Galileo Schematic . This is a PDF and so useful for a person, but not useful for import into a CAD system.
