GOOD NEWS!!
I had a Gigabyte otherboard b85m-d3h rev 1.x and my old bios f9 doestn work, but today i have received a mail from gigabyte sending mi a new bios F9b, i have install it and at least works i can switch off the tv and i dont loose anymnore the hdmi sound like before, if anyoine has the same mother board let me know and i can send you the file that gigabyte send me. Or if not get in touch with them maybe they help you too.
