Intel 520 series ssd Problem

I have the ssd! i got it from a friend, got home and it worked for about 3 week then i tried turning my desktop on and it says "NO OPERATING SYSTEM FOUND" i talked with my friend again and he said to contact Intel warranty center.

I tried to contact them but all i have is the ssd nothing else i was wondering if i needed any thing that it came with.
