Intel® Workstation System P4304CR2LFKN fan noise

Hi Everyone, I recently in (February) bought an Intel® Workstation System P4304CR2LFKN with dual Xeon E5, 32GB ram and Nvidia Quadro K4000 .
I'm quite happy with it except for the fan noise it makes.
I was wondering if anyone here has the same system and can share any advice as to what to maybe change within the BIOS settings to lower the fan noise the most possible.
Or even if anyone has changed the fans to maybe a liquid cooling and has a solution? like what type of fans did you get...?
I'd love it if anyone can help me with this issue cos the fan noise is giving me a headache even when I'm not using the system to render or simulate ; like when I'm surfing the web the fan noise is constant, it never stops...
