I'd say you're right that Gigabyte won't be in too much of a rush to release updated drivers. From what I have seen on this forum there are issues that need to be addressed with the 7260, and from where I stand Intel would seem to be the people who should be foremost in doing that. It is not just an issue of numbering discrepancies, although that would be nice if they fixed that too.
