Galileo BSP1.0.2 build instructions

Software Downloads - Drivers does not include the build instructions with BSP1.0.2. It only includes BSP.1.01 but with the patches. Also the Yocto BSP (1/2 and 2/2 zip files) include only the source code and the directory structure is completely different -

If you have build instructions for BSP1.0.2 please share.
