I have a lot of Dell Optiplex 3010 with 3rd Generation i5-3470 Win 7 Pro 32-Bit. On those PCs I can launch command.com with no problem. Now the Optiplex 3010 have been reeplaced with Optiplex 3020 with 4rth Gen i5-4570, but now on this new model the command.com have a 5-10 second launching delay. This is a bad issue, because my app get this delay every time for each transaction.
