DH67CL: BIOS 0131 allows WEI to see graphics overclock, but not BIOS 0146

I have two PCs with DH67CL and i5-2500K.  One has BIOS 0131 and the other 0146.  I seem to remember that 0146 was the first one to include Ivy Bridge support, but maybe I'm wrong.  0146 is no longer available on intel.com.  Intel deleted all information about the update, except that it had problems updating, so I cannot determine if it was the first for Ivy Bridge.

I changed the Graphics Max Multiplier on both boards to 32.  This is nothing radical, given that the default is 22.  The curious thing is that the two WEI graphics indexes rose from 6.2 to 6.5 as expected on the 0131 board, but did not rise on the 0146 board.

Questions:
- Can I go back in time with the 0146 board and install 0132 (131 is not available)?
- Does a later BIOS (maybe 0151) allow WEI to recognize a Sandy Bridge graphics overclock?

UPDATE: I found the following in old communities posts:

"BIOS version 0146 includes support for future processors.  Due to structural changes in this BIOS version, once a board has been converted to this version or later, it will no longer be possible to downgrade the BIOS to version 0132 or earlier. Attempting a BIOS downgrade to a previous version may fail – the board BIOS will remain at its current version."

I'd still like to know if BIOS releases later than 0146 solved the WEI problem.
