I am unable to install the driver version 12.x on my H97 motherboard and therefore forced to use version 13.x
My only solution at the moment is to create a batch file (from within HDDScan program) which sets the APM off during Windows startup.
I really hope Intel fix this soon.
If anyone requires a guide on how to setup the batch file for Windows startup without the UAC prompt, let me know.
