Hi Joe,
I have the same issue as meyou. Here are my system specs for my laptop (Fujitsu Lifebook AH531):
2nd gen Intel® Core™ i5 mobile (2410M)
Intel® HD Graphics 3000 (mobile)
Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1030 (updated the driver to 15.7.0.3, 4/18/13)
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, 64-Bit, 4GB Ram
My laptop is a few years old, but I never attempted to use the WiDi function until today (none of my TVs had the receiver). I bought an Actiontec ScreenBeam receiver this week, which is working. Upon opening the WiDi program that came with the laptop, I received this error message: "Intel My WiFi Technology not enabled. Restart the computer and try again." (screenshot attached) I attempted to restart, no go. I went to the Intel website to do an automatic "detect and update drivers and software" here: Support for the Intel® Wireless Display (Intel® WiDi)
That yielded the download of "Setup4.2.19.0.exe" the most recent driver update for WiDi, I believe. Attempting to install yielded the other error message, included in the attachment. Please help, thank you!
