I see that you are using the latest Intel® HD Graphics driver 10.18.10.3910 from your system manufacturer and slightly older Intel® WiDi software.

Please install the wireless driver 17.12.0 and the latest Intel® WiDi software 4.2.29 in this order.

If the above does not help, try disabling third party network adapters one by one in device manager. For example these ones found in the report: WAN Miniport (IKEv2) RasAgileVpn or RAS Async Adapter.
