I am eager to hear an update on this issue. Since upgrading to the latest chipset drivers on my Dell E6440 running Win 7 Professional with Intel(R) 8 Series/C220 Series USB ports, it won't connect to a SanDisk Cruzer Glide USB stick, a Toshiba external USB 3.0 drive, a 30GB iPod Classic, or any other USB mass storage device I plug in. They show up in Device Manager with yellow exclamation points. I've deleted all of the USB devices and allowed Windows to reinstall them several times with no luck whatsoever. All of these USB devices used to work.Image may be NSFW.
