Hi Joe,
Thanks for the reply. I did exactly that, and was able to resolve it over the weekend (I figured the response wouldn't come until you got back to work so I fudged with it for a few hours). Fujitsu was just giving me a little trouble because of the manufacture specific driver updates that had to be updated before I could update it once more through Intel (since the last manufacturer's update was much older than the current one on Intel's site). I kept getting errors from the auto-detect option on the Intel website, and that was because the drivers on my laptop were several generations old. Whoops! I guess I should have been keeping tabs on them.
In any case, the WiDi is working perfectly now. The picture and sound clarity are top notch when running HD shows on Hulu+. The only minor complaint is that there is a slight lag in response, only noticeable when using the mouse, but undetectable when watching shows/movies (who would be watching on the laptop screen and the TV at the same time anyway?). I can imagine that this could create a problem for avid gamers, which I no longer am. I wish more TV's would come out with the technology sooner so I can go to practically any home and be able to share content quickly and wirelessly.
Thanks again and best regards! Good luck to the others with the issues installing, you'll hopefully be all the more stoked once you get it working.
