NIC power management disable in Solaris

Dear All,

Recently I met a continuous link up/down problem in my T4 workstation.

According to the cisco troubleshooting manual, the NIC Power Management should be disabled.

Please anyone help me to disable that function in Solaris 10 or 11?

If there is a package for NIC control, it also will be helpful to solve problem.
