I agree with that - I was lulled in to a false sense of security with Intel and HP to think they check to make sure about their products
It appears that their job is not about being aware of what they have - makes me wonder how good their products are. I am sure its possible to improve.
Intel sells the parts - they explain what they are capable of doing, yet neither provide the software to fully use the hardware to its best use, or notice it happens. Broadcom is the worst about finding software on the internet yet Intel the best yet what good is nothing when you need it most.I keep needing to send things back for some reason or keep them and fix them my self - how can any one be so blind as to not see what is happening. I do not think a notebook computer should be like going to a casino to gamble with my money to find the problems created when I buy from HP or any other computer company or parts or software company - Intel or broadcom or other company.
When some one provides a better service and frustrated people find something better perhaps they will see where customers went to.
Its like buy a car without the wheels to move on - yet it appears to be more like something of a lesser degree - to buy a car with Air Conditioning without the air vents being able to move where you need it - why buy Air Conditioning that can not fully be used to solve a problem. Someone wasted their love of work thinking I would be blessed by their efforts - its a fact I did buy that car.
I bought a HP mini 210-4000cto with Intel N2800 and GMA 3600 some one thought I would be blessed with 4GB of RAM and 64bit CPU - HP provided almost every thing to make it a fully 64bit computer - it only lacked 2 things - 32/64bit BIOS and 64bit GMA 3600 software. I found on the internet some one from India that created 64bit GMA 3600 software and it worked great.
