Hello Dan, I’m sorry to hear that you are having this kind of problems with your NUC.
Would you please check if Enhanced consumer IR has been enabled in BIOS?
We tested CIR using a TSGH-IR02 remote control on a D54250WYK NUC and CIR worked just fine on a Windows environment.
Which operating system are you using?
