VILCHIS posted the following “uninstall all drivers and reinstall the drivers again. Try running windows updates. In case it does not work, try restoring your system to a previous point or try reinstalling the Operating System and install everything again”
These are excellent steps; I would just like to add to try updating the BIOS to latest version and checking for Firmware for the USB 3.0 Updates.
