Chart shows data in UTC to avoid problems, when displaying multiple devices from multiple timezones.
Chart in charts section are refreshed automatically. During the refresh, data from chosen refresh period is downloaded, and appended to current visualized data. You can change the period of refresh near the "download csv" icon.
