Error : Build yocto intel quark about "Unable to fetch URL from any source"

Hi Intel

My platfrom is Quark X1000.    BSP version is 1.0.4.

I tried build spi in 1/31 2015.  The result is pass.

But I tried build spi in 2/3 2015. The result is error.

How I do something to fixed the issue?
